Time Card Robot
Time Card Robot is a highly-customized spreadsheet designed in Apple Numbers. It can be used to track work times for an entire camera department and quickly generate accurate daily timesheets, weekly time cards, and box rental invoices. Basically, it’s like having a robot do your paperwork for you.

Time Card Robot was developed while working on film sets as a Loader in the camera department. The job of Loader is often inundated with on-the-fly responsibilities that can sometimes distract from the critical jobs of protecting the day’s footage as well as managing the administrative needs of the department. Time Card Robot was created out of a need to streamline these workflows and allow Loaders (and other crew members) more time to understand their time cards and the paychecks that result from the hard work they do.
